New win at Belong Chester

Development was halted on Belong’s care village following the collapse of Pochin, however was resumed by Seddon last year and we are very pleased to be appointed to finish the internals packages, firestopping and partitions.

Designed by senior living experts Pozzoni Architecture the new facility will provide canal side city centre living for the retirement community in the historic city of Chester.

The development includes six households (with 72 suites and three guest bedrooms in total) with 24-hour care, including specialist dementia and nursing support and 23 one and two-bedroom apartments for independent living. At ground floor is the village hub, incorporating a gym, bistro, hair salon and therapy rooms, all of which are open to members of the wider community.

The village will welcome its first residents in 2022.
