Mansell secures new hotel win in Rotherham

A 150-bedroom hotel is moving ahead as part of a larger regeneration scheme in Waverley, Rotherham.

Providing LWSF to main contractor RTS Construction Ltd, on behalf of Essex-based developer, Stapleford Ventures Ltd, the new 150-bedroom hotel due to start on site in early 2022 will be operated by Courtyard by Marriott.

This is the second Courtyard Hotel by Mansell, the first being in Keele for Bowmer + Kirkland.

Sited within Yorkshire’s largest brownfield redevelopment, the hotel will support the neighbouring sustainable mixed-use proposals at Waverley to provide facilities to the growing business community and the surrounding area.

Once completed, the Courtyard by Marriott will provide much needed facilities to the growing business community and the surrounding area.
