As the company lead on all on-site finishes projects, Steve has sole responsibility for operational and construction performance. In addition, he heads up the contracts team to procure and plan all labour requirements, ensure all project procedures are adhered to and performance equality criteria are achieved.

Key skills/accountabilities:

• Ensures all systems and procedures are in place for the company to successfully achieve programme

• Creates culture, policy and review processes to ensure quality standards are being met at all times

• Client facing engagement to ensure that positive relationships are created and maintained at all times, whilst managing any risk that may arise
