Steph is responsible for the business support function and makes sure that our staff are looked after and developed, as well as ensuring all marketing and SHEQ objectives are achieved.
Key skills/accountabilities:
Strong understanding of compliance procedures across the business
High level understanding of SHEQ within a construction setting, ensuring implementation and communication of SHEQ standards, policies, procedures and systems
Wellbeing champion for the business, ensuring delivery of the full wellbeing programme for all employees
